If it is necessary to ask such arbitrary questions (parents names, ages and occupations??? just one example) it would be good if doctor could explain why these questions are being asked does not seem relevant to my diagnosis or treatment.

Peter a room rather than curtain!
Very limited slots available especially as I work.
Too far from where I work.
Appointments cancelled and feel initial appoints were not regular enough post operation.
Staff friendly and too busy.

We are currently recruiting for 3 staff, last meeting we have been allocated 2 x Band 5s ASAP Waiting lists across the county are high due to FCP clinics We are aware of this problem and working at resolving it

Nurses are always ready to help could not be any better (staff on the ward) took for all nursing staff.
Cannot think of anything except cup of tea at tea time (evening).

I was looked after very well and saw improvements due to the exercises I was given. I was also encouraged to keep doing what I was doing as the improvements were very good.
